If you happen to be in the city of Fayetteville, Georgia with a craving
for some great Q, Speedi-Pig is the place to go. Speedi-Pig cooks only hams. The hams are cooked in a smoker over hickory
wood. I ordered the pulled pork plate. The plate comes with a bowl of Brunswick stew, three pickles, slaw and two slices of
grilled garlic Texas Toast. I also had a very good sweet tea. Your meal arrives on an old sectioned school lunch tray with
the Q already sauced. My very good and some-what sweet slaw consisted of white and green cabbage with some carrot specks.
I ate my Brunswick stew mostly with a fork and it was excellent. My tender Q was outstanding! The superb sweet brown sauce
topping it just made it even better. Add in the warm Texas garlic toast and three pickles and you will soon be in barbeque
heaven. They are closed on Sunday. Enjoy!
