This is not an easy place to find, but its well worth the hunt. Cook`s is what a barbeque place should look like. A rustic
building on a back road, with old wood planks on its outside exterior. It has a tin roof and they cook with real hardwood
in old-fashioned pits. I had the sliced barbeque pork sandwich, a cup of baked beans, slaw on the side, and on the sandwich.
The beans, the slaw, and the bbq sandwich were all excellent. They also gave me a full pitcher of sweet iced tea, WOW! Their
sweet tea is`nt just good, its perfect! The sweeter the better, that’s how I like it. I have never had so much tea at
one sitting before. The only thing left was the lemon wedge at the bottom of the pitcher and a clean plate.
