Martinsville Virginia is a dead town. This is where
fun goes to die. There are however two places that have kept the final nail from being driven into its coffin. The first
is the Martinsville Speedway (NASCAR) and the other is Pigs R Us BBQ. Unfortunately, there are some barbeque places in Virginia
that either cant make good barbeque or they simply don’t know how to. Pigs R Us Knows how to make some excellent Q.
I had a jumbo bbq sandwich with slaw. Even without added sauce, it was excellent. The sweet tea with lemon was perfect. And
the baked beans were excellent. I also had a side of slaw that was the same as the others, excellent. The presence of Pigs
R Us alone may very well bring some life back to the town and save it from extinction. They are that good.
