I first visited Carolina Bar-B-Q in December of 05’. I was there on Christ-mas Eve. I saw a closed sign, hanging
on the inside of the door. Luckily, the manager/owner saw me and let me in. he said they were going to close as soon as a
phoned in order was picked up. So, he made time for me. Being very thankful, I made an order to go. I got a barbecue sandwich
with slaw, a side of slaw, baked beans, and a sweet tea. The manager-owner gave me the tea for free. Carolina BBQ was incredibly
nice to me. These are some fine folks here. They also wished me a Merry Christmas. I ate lunch in their lot. The sweet tea
was very good. The BBQ was very good. The slaw (red & white) was also very good and the baked beans were incredible. Carolina
BBQ is what the South is all about great food, great traditions, and great southern hospi-tality. Happy eating!
