I know that some will take exception with this, but I have found the best whole chocolate milk in America @ the Byrne Dairystore in Courtland. The Byrne Dairy has locations all over up-state New York, but  I chose the Courtland location because of it's proximity to I-81. The outstanding chocolate milk that Byrne produces is rich, smooth, creamy, it's whole milk, not 2% and not skim and you can get it in a glass (returnable) bottle. Enjoy!
