Shovels of oak and hickory coals smoke their Boston Butts for 12-14 hours in their on-site pit. The oak provides the heat and the hickory the smoke. Everything @ this new traditional Q house (opened April of 2011) is made-fresh-from-scratch. My chopped Q sandwich, topped with white slaw, was excellent and it was even better with some of their sweet tomato & spice based sauce. They also have a gravel lot across the street so there is plenty of free parking. Enjoy!
