The "Original" Little Richard's BBQ (1991) located on Country Club Rd. in Winston-Salem is now Real Q BBQ. The pork shoulders are still pit-cooked/smoked over hickory and oak wood coals for 10-12 hours. The owners are still the same, the name has just changed. The chopped, slaw topped (white), Q sandwich is still excellent! And the baked beans are still outstanding! Enjoy!
