If I worked @ the hospital across the street I would weigh, well... more than I do now thanks to daily doses of their great Q, (their pork shoulders are slow pit-cooked with hardwood charcoal and green hickory), slaw, sweet tea, baked beans and burgers (burgers are made with fresh ground chuck that's cooked-to-order). Even though this is a Q place in name, their burgers sell just as well as their Q does. Top's (since 1952) is a local Memphis chain with 14 locations. Enjoy!
