After two unsuccessful attempts to get to B's before they ran out of Q, the third time was the charm, but just barely. By the time I had finished my excellent chopped Q sandwich topped with their superb sweet slaw, the "out of food" sign was already posted on their front door. If you just need a sandwich to go, don't go inside, just order from their side window. Opened in 1977, B's cooks the whole hog in a pit over charcoal for about 12 hours. B's is closed on Sunday & Monday. They are open Tuesday-Saturday from 9:00am until the Q runs out, so get there early! Cash is king here so they don't take credit cards. Enjoy!
